A blood pressure test is a simple way of checking if your blood pressure is too high or too low.

Generally, home blood pressure readings are more accurate than a one-off reading in a GP surgery. You can measure your blood pressure at home over a week as per these downloadable instructions and record your home readings in a weekly diary here.
