Whooping cough cases increase

Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions must be made in writing, preferably using the sheet provided for this purpose attached to your original prescription.

Please leave requests in the box outside reception and leave two working days before collection. You may also post, email or fax us your request. If you want your prescription posted back to you, please send an SAE.

Your prescription may include a request for you to see the doctor, this is to check if any changes are required to your medication.

Online Repeat Requests

Repeat prescriptions can now also be requested through our Practice website – www.belsizepriorymedicalpractice.co.uk .

It is now also possible to contact the Practice by fax on 0207 372 6138 or by email: reception.bpmp@nhs.net. Once ordered, your prescription can be collected from the Practice reception as usual.
