Welcome to Belsize Priory Medical Practice

consultationThis surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.

Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

Our practice is bounded by Iverson Road, Broadhurst Gardens, part of Finchley Road, Belsize Road, and Kilburn High Road.

Belsize Patient Participation Group (BPPG)

We are setting up a Patient Participation Group. This is a group of volunteer patients, who are involved in making sure the surgery provides the services our patients need.

We are planning our next survey and to ensure that we ask the right questions, we would like to know what you think should be our key priorities, when it comes to looking at the services we provide to you and others in the practice.

To this end, we would like to encourage our patients to give their views about how the practice is doing.  We would like to ask the opinions of as many patients as possible.

If you would be interested in joining our group, we would need to be able to contact you, very occasionally, by email and would ask you to join us for a meeting, 2-3 times within a year.  Your contact details will be kept safely and securely and will only be used for this purpose. We will not share this information with anyone else.

We are hoping to have our group set up as soon as possible.  If you would be interested in participating, please let us know by 16th June 2011. Receptionists can give you a form, or you can email us at reception.bpmp@nhs.net.

Many Thanks.
